Every tote is made to order just for you, so sizing issues are handled as exchanges, not refunds. Measure twice, order once.

Care for it like your favorite finished quilt:

• Spot clean first: a damp cloth and mild soap handle most everyday marks
• If a full wash is needed, hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water
• Use a gentle detergent
• Empty the tote first, and check for stray pins and needles

Drying Instructions:

1. Air Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry to keep the padding even and the shape neat.
2. Reshape While Damp: Smooth out the quilting so it dries without creases.
3. No High Heat: Skip the dryer to protect the polyester and the padding.

Additional Tips:

• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents, which can fade the print.
• Skip fabric softener, which can affect the fabric and print.
• Never iron directly on the design. If needed, use low heat and a pressing cloth, just like you would on delicate fabric.

If your tote arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement, or a full refund including shipping if a replacement isn't available.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your tote enters production or ships, changes are no longer possible.

Free US shipping on orders $75+, and free international shipping on orders $100+.

Processing & Production

Each quilted tote is made to order, just for you. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.

U.S. Shipping

Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days after production. Good things take time, just like a hand-bound quilt.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Customs fees or import duties, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check it every hour, or forget about it and get back to your WIP. We support both approaches.

Returns & Exchanges

We want your new tote to feel as good as finishing the binding on a quilt. Here's how it works:

• Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong size? We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Return and exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• All returns must be approved by our team before shipping back.
