At ThreadsBloom, we stand behind the quality of our products and hope you truly enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

What items can I return or exchange?

All purchases, including regular-priced and sale items, may be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted.

ThreadsBloom is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders will not be replaced or refunded in such cases.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages are not eligible for shipping fee refunds.

All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue.

How do I return items that I have purchased?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@threadsbloom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returned items must be shipped within 7 days after approval.

Please ensure items are securely packaged. The return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Can I change my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item or size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadsbloom.com.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

We can only process changes if the order has not yet entered production or been shipped.

Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
